About Back Your Bets
Back Your Bets, LLC ("Back Your Bets," "we," "us") provides historical NFL data and statistics through web-based tools at backyourbets.com and its subdomains (the "Service"). By purchasing a pass or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

Informational Purposes Only
The Service provides historical data for informational and entertainment purposes only. We do not provide betting advice, picks, predictions, or guarantees of any outcome. Past results do not guarantee future results. Any betting decisions you make are your own, and you are solely responsible for them.

Eligibility
You must be at least 21 years old, or the legal gambling age where you live, to use the Service. You are responsible for following all laws that apply to sports betting where you live.

No Affiliation
Back Your Bets is an independent service. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the National Football League, any NFL team, or any sportsbook or gambling operator.

Passes and Payment

  • Passes are one-time purchases that give full access to the Service for the period purchased (for example, 7 or 30 days), starting when payment is completed.

  • Passes do not renew automatically, and you will not be charged again unless you make another purchase.

  • Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices may change at any time, but changes never affect a pass you have already bought.

Personal Use

  • Your pass is for your personal use and may not be shared, resold, or transferred.

  • Access links we email you are for you alone.

  • You may not copy, scrape, resell, or redistribute data from the Service in bulk, or use automated tools to pull it.

  • Sharing individual stats or screenshots for commentary, social media, or content creation is welcome — we just ask that you credit Back Your Bets by tagging @backyourbets or linking to backyourbets.com.

Data Accuracy
Our tools are built on publicly available data from nflverse (CC BY 4.0). We verify our data carefully, but we can't guarantee it's error-free, complete, or always current. Data is refreshed on a regular schedule and is not live.

Availability
We aim to keep the Service available, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted access. We may add, change, or remove features and bet types at any time.

Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Back Your Bets is not liable for any losses, including betting losses, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for your most recent pass.

Termination
We may suspend or end access for anyone who violates these Terms, without a refund.

Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date above shows when they last changed. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
